8. アルゴリズム取引を有効化し、https://ea-sync-production.up.railway.app への WebRequest を許可（ツール → オプション → エキスパートアドバイザー）

EA は PositionRelay クラウド API に自動接続します — エンドポイント URL は EA に組み込まれており、ユーザー入力ではありません。

EA は TradingView 由来のポジションをクラウドリレーからポーリングし、不足取引を開き、上流で削除されたポジションを閉じ、変更時にストップロスとテイクプロフィットを更新します。ミラー取引は照合用に TV_ コメントを使用します。定期セルフレポートでスレーブ状態をダッシュボードに表示します。

入力パラメータ：

- InpUserId：PositionRelay 口座識別子
