Equity Drawdown Monitor MT5

Equity Drawdown Monitor MT5 is a monitoring utility for tracking account equity, drawdowns, open-position losses and trading results in real time.

The panel displays:

• Current balance and equity
• Profit or loss from open positions
• Current equity drawdown
• Maximum recorded drawdown and its time
• Worst recorded open loss and its time
• Closed profit/loss for today, yesterday, the current week and month
• Open positions and pending orders grouped by symbol
• Total monthly trading volume
• Values in the account currency, USD, USDC and percent

Monitoring results can be preserved after restarting the Expert Advisor or MetaTrader 5. The utility also supports CSV logging and configurable popup, push and email alerts.

The panel can be collapsed to save chart space and its appearance can be customized through the input parameters.

Equity Drawdown Monitor MT5 does not open, modify or close trades. It is designed exclusively for account monitoring and risk control.

INPUT PARAMETERS:

MONITORING AND CONVERSION

• SampleIntervalSeconds — interval between account-data updates in seconds. A lower value provides faster monitoring.

• ShowInfoOnChart — shows or hides the information panel. CSV logging and alerts continue working when the panel is hidden.

• CentToDollarDivider — converts the account currency into USD:
– 100 for a USD cent account;
– 1 for a standard USD account.

CSV LOGGING

• EnableCsvLog — enables or disables monitoring-data recording to a CSV file.

• CsvLogIntervalSeconds — interval between CSV records in seconds.

• CsvFileName — name of the CSV file saved in the MQL5/Files folder.

SAVED MONITORING STATE

• SaveResultBetweenRestarts — preserves the peak equity, maximum drawdown, worst open loss and their timestamps after restarting the Expert Advisor or MetaTrader 5.

• ResetSavedData — deletes previously saved monitoring results and starts a new monitoring period. Enable it for one launch, then set it back to false.

PANEL LAYOUT

• PanelCorner — chart corner used to anchor the panel.

• PanelX / PanelY — horizontal and vertical panel offsets in pixels.

• PanelWidth — width of the expanded panel in pixels.

• PanelPadding — spacing between the panel border and its content.

• PanelFontSize — main panel font size.

• PanelLineHeight — vertical distance between text lines.

• PanelFontName — panel font. A monospaced font such as Consolas is recommended to keep columns aligned.

• StartPanelCollapsed — starts the Expert Advisor with the compact title bar instead of the expanded panel.

PANEL COLORS

• PanelTextColor — standard text and timestamp color.

• PanelImportantColor — headings, equity and worst-value color.

• PanelGoodColor — positive-result color.

• PanelBadColor — negative-result and open-loss color.

• PanelSeparatorColor — separator and version-label color.

• PanelBackgroundColor — panel background color.

• PanelBorderColor — panel border color.

ALERTS

• AlertEquityDDPercent — sends an alert when the current peak-to-equity drawdown reaches the specified percentage. Set to 0 to disable this threshold.

• AlertOpenLossMoney — sends an alert when the current open loss reaches the specified amount in the account currency. Set to 0 to disable this threshold.

• UsePopupAlert — enables MetaTrader 5 popup alerts.

• UsePushNotification — sends notifications to the MetaQuotes ID configured in MetaTrader 5.

• UseEmail — sends email alerts using the email account configured in MetaTrader 5.
