hi, we don't use bot. we use 100% real analytics. - Versione: 1.0
MQT Prop Guard DD protects prop firm accounts against daily drawdown and total drawdown breaches. It monitors your equity every second and closes everything before the daily loss limit of your prop firm challenge is hit — then locks trading until the next daily reset. Compatible with the rules used by prop firms such as FTMO, The5ers or FundedNext (always verify your firm's exact reset time and limits).
How it works (logic summary):
- At your configured reset hour (server time) it snapshots the day-start reference: balance, equity, or max of both (conservative default, matching how most prop firms anchor the daily limit).
- Every second it compares current equity (floating losses count) against the day-start reference minus your daily limit (% or fixed money).
- At a configurable warning level (default 80% of the limit) it alerts once per day — pop-up, journal and optional push notification to your phone.
- On breach it closes all positions on all symbols, deletes pending orders, and locks trading until the next reset: anything opened while locked is closed immediately.
- An optional total drawdown limit (vs. initial balance) provides a second, account-level safety net.
- State is stored in terminal global variables, so a restart does not reset the day anchor or the lock.
Alert-only mode is available if you want warnings without automatic closing.
Notes:
- Attach to one chart only; it supervises the whole account.
- Requires Algo Trading enabled (it needs permission to close trades).
- No DLLs, no internet access. The reset hour is broker server time — check your prop firm's reset time and convert accordingly.
- This tool reduces the chance of breaching a limit; slippage and gaps can still cause the final loss to exceed the configured level. It does not guarantee compliance and does not make trading decisions.
