Symbol Cost Monitor est un utilitaire d’analyse professionnel pour MetaTrader 4, conçu pour surveiller rapidement les coûts de trading de plusieurs instruments simultanément.

Le spread et le swap influencent directement le résultat final des opérations. Cela est particulièrement important pour le scalping, le trading intrajournalier actif, la conservation de positions pendant plusieurs jours et le travail simultané avec plusieurs symboles. L’interface standard de MetaTrader 4 ne permet pas de comparer facilement tous ces paramètres dans une seule fenêtre. Le trader doit donc généralement ouvrir les spécifications de chaque instrument et vérifier les informations manuellement.

Symbol Cost Monitor collecte les principales données des symboles sélectionnés et les affiche dans un panneau compact directement sur le graphique. L’utilitaire permet d’identifier rapidement les instruments présentant des spreads élevés, de comparer les swaps, de surveiller l’évolution des conditions de trading et d’estimer les coûts potentiels avant l’ouverture d’une position.

Le panneau actualise les données en temps réel et peut fonctionner avec tous les instruments disponibles dans la fenêtre Market Watch ou uniquement avec une liste personnalisée de symboles. L’indication par couleurs permet de repérer rapidement une détérioration des conditions de trading, tandis que les alertes signalent lorsque le spread dépasse le niveau défini.

Fonctionnalités principales : surveillance simultanée de plusieurs symboles, affichage des prix Bid et Ask, affichage du spread actuel, minimal et maximal, Swap Long et Swap Short, mode de calcul du swap, jour du triple swap, statut de négociation du symbole, spécifications détaillées de l’instrument sélectionné, indication colorée du niveau de spread, alertes en cas de spread élevé, tri des symboles, prise en charge de Market Watch ou d’une liste personnalisée, détection automatique des préfixes et suffixes du courtier, exportation des données au format CSV, ouverture du graphique du symbole sélectionné, réinitialisation des statistiques collectées et déplacement du panneau sur le graphique sans déplacer le graphique lui-même.

L’utilitaire est particulièrement utile lors de la publication de nouvelles économiques, des changements de session, des périodes de faible liquidité et des mouvements brusques du marché, lorsque le spread peut augmenter considérablement. Il permet également de comparer les conditions de trading des paires de devises, des métaux, des indices, des actions, des cryptomonnaies et des autres instruments proposés par le courtier.

Symbol Cost Monitor n’ouvre aucune opération, ne modifie aucun ordre et n’interfère pas avec la stratégie de trading. Son objectif est de fournir des informations claires et actualisées sur le coût réel du trading.
