i subscribe a few signals in my different account , but i found that one of my signal suddenly doesn't work
i go to compared the trade history and current position between mql5 and my mt4 , found that i miss one of the position that already close , but i haven't open the position , and one position already close but i still open the position (not auto close), and also there is one position already open (not close yet ) , but i haven't open
i found there is 3 mistake in that account , how can i solve it , i already check my journal , expect sometime it will lose connect data centre, but it will reconnect in a few mins.
expect lose connect , the journal doesn't show any things wrong (but actually it excite mistake) . anyone can help ???

You are either using a bad broker/server setup to copy this signal or you have a very small deviation/slippage setting and you encounter delays in copying or closing your trades.
Check the Slippage tab of the signal for best setups, go for the green and upper yellow values and avoid the orange or red ones.
Also increase your deviation/slippage setting in Signals settings to at least 3.0, I always use 5.0 for a good broker/server setup.
I bought a singal. I got a receipt for the payment. I don't see the signal in my profile.

i already set 5.0 deviation / slippage , and my broker is pepperstone , i already check that broker is reliable .
i found that i close my mt4 and i restart / open it , then it fix the problem . but if via this way to solve the problem , i need to check mt4 all the time and restart it on VPS by myself

Are you using MQL5 VPS?
Check that you are logged into your MQL5 account with your yipeq1314 login and NOT anything else and that you are logged into your trading account with the master and not the investor password.

i was logged into my MQL5 account to each mt4 with my yipeq1314 login , and i have 3 account , 2 is real account , one is investor account and i already use new password for the investor account ,so that i can use that account to trade.
via your reminding , i found that bug is from my investor account even i am not use investor password to login , so should i not using investor account to follow a signal trading ?

...Trades can not be opened in case of investor account.

You can't do anything with the investor passwors, its only for monitoring purposes.
Use the master password.
