did you login to your trading account using investor's password instead of the master password?
ive no idea, ive had vps on demo before, just need refund of signal until i can sort it out

oh thankyou. ive had vps on my accounts before. but this time it says ' can not subscribe in invester mode' and i have no idea why. i emaild the broker but they said its a meataquotes problem

Yes, the problem is on your side, you are trying to subscribe to a signal and MQL5 VPS using your investor trading account password!
You must login into your trading account using your MASTER password!

THEY don't give you the investor password, your broker only gives you the master password.
YOU create the investor passoword for your trading account.

thankyou. Broker tried to remotely fix the issue with no luck. so have new account and managed to get vps and transfer signal. so all sorted
