Is it possible that Easy-Forex block signals? I don't see SIGNALS tab on MT4?

About signal tab :

Contact your Broker,  not all Brokers offer signals on MT4

 Unfortunately ,some brokers had locked signals tab for some reason,,I think you must try other brokers ,,it isn't just to ask your broker to enable them ;)
