You have subscribed to different accounts (different broker servers) - this is allowed. It is not possible to subscribe one account to more than one signal.

If the terminal cannot find the mapping rule for the traded symbols between the signal provider and the subscriber, the subscription will not be activated. https://www.metatrader5.com/ru/terminal/help/signals/signal_subscriber.

Mismatch of trading conditions

Before subscription, the system checks a number of trading conditions on the subscriber's and provider's account:

-The value ofthe minimum and maximum allowed volumes by symbol - discrepancies in these settings can cause serious discrepancies between the provider's trading volume and the volume of transactions copied to the subscriber's account.

-Availability ofprovider symbols on the subscriber's account - if at least one symbol used by the provider is unavailable on the subscriber's account, it will be impossible to copy signals.

Broker doesn't have a tab? Either ask the broker to enable the tab or change the broker.
