If MQ can offer 8 deposit options to "top up" your account then they can offer more than 3 withdrawal options.

They make it super easy to deposit funds so buyers can purchase products, but make it extremely limited and complicated for sellers to withdraw their earned funds.

Clearly we can see whats the priority for MQ and its not us.

I suppose the whole situation has gotten out of their control. And without any official statement, all we can do is speculate.

there is no speculation. I have had a million chats with them and all they do is deflect and repeat the same thing. They arent fixing it, its been over 3 months. it doesnt take that long

Always happy to help!

For anyone in India facing withdrawal issues, this is the quickest way to get your fund.

I'm also trying to get my fund using Sbi bank visa debit card but its not working. I like you ask some question, ICICI bank way your are tell about will work  with personal bank account for normal Indian and is there any other thing need to keep in mind.

The technical support assistant handling your inquiries is a lower-level employee who simply follows instructions. They're not authorized to disclose any real internal information, so you'll only get scripted, standard replies.

Their main priority is selling licenses to brokers. As far as I know, each broker under their umbrella pays them about $20K per month. They're still the top player in the industry, so even with just 100 brokers, that's $240K per broker per year, $24 million total.

FYI withdraw to card, via digital cards, with Wise and Revolut from Australia don't work.

doesnt matter. It doesnt take endless months to fix this issue

it's as if mq dont care that their sales are heading downwards. does not sound to be a "sound" business strategy.

Hi, Indra

I also experienced the same thing as you, are there any new developments?

You can use exchanger.money, it is part of Webmoney. Your Paypal email must be specified in your WM passport profile and verified on WM. Transfers to Paypal are done peer to peer manually.

Hello, Francis, WebMoney/exchanger.money is the only one alternative for me, at this point. Transfer to credit cards are being refused by the system. Could you, please, tell me if exchanger.money is trustworthy? Have you used it before? Any security advice for newbies like me who is using WM/exchanger.money for first time? Thank you.
