• Withdrawal with account deletion.
• If this is the first withdrawal on a new account (first deposit), it can be done without deleting the account.

initially it is an email address like paypal/skrill, but then you apply for the physical card.

Good morning,

I have two questions regarding withdrawals:

1. Is it possible to use a Visa or Mastercard even if the cardholder’s name is different from the one registered on my MQL5 account? In other words, can I withdraw funds to a card with another person’s name on it?

2. Does anyone know if European debit cards also work for withdrawals? 

Unfortunately, it’s no longer possible to chat with MQL5 Support, they’ve replaced the live chat with a bot that’s completely useless. This is a serious problem when funds are involved and there’s no way to get an official response.
