It does not play. Please give a more precise description of the problem or write to Service Desk.
In the screenshot you can see the settings, but in expert it is "UseSound=True" and every time an order is closed the expert.wav signal is played
But "enable" is not ticked in "events"! So why does the beep sound?
And since at least someone has appeared here, please don't ignore the old question that was asked back on page 1316:

This is an external parameter of the Expert Advisor:
