In the USA here, Paypal is the only thing which works for me.  But I'm being patient and still have my Metatester going. Thanks for the good work guys.
I'm trying to be patient as well. Metaquotes Admins has had these payment gateways shut down since early August and I can't buy anything until they get everything back up again. Service Desk doesn't respond to many people about this issue and Admins don't keep anybody updated on this issue on a weekly basis. I'm trying to keep my cool about this.

From this weekend we’ll switch to a new legal entity and open PayPal again.

Oh my goodness! Finally! Thank you Sergey for the update.
 
Let's hope so. Without PayPal I'm pretty much screwed (my Mastercard gets rejected) and the alternatives (Webmoney and ePayments) are poor.

WebMoney is lost :(
