need this script, Indicator or the software anything you call it

What I need is a script or an Indicator that tells me the exact time of the High or the Low of ay Candlestick I want. The time has to be in precise seconds, i.e. Hour/minute/seconds for every high and every low, for every candlestick on the chart.
let me know if this can be done.

Can't be done. Since you can miss ticks, can't be done watching market - close but not precise. Can't be done historically (M1 is smallest time.)

If it's MT5 it can be done. For MT4 not as you explained.
