Welcome to Institutional Portfolio v14

This expert advisor is an institutional-grade algorithmic execution system engineered on Smart Money Concepts (SMC), Order Block mitigation gates, and dynamic risk controls. Please read through this manual to configure your trading environment correctly.

1. Environment & Platform Setup Trading Platform: MetaTrader 5 (MT5 Desktop).Execution Model: Low-latency ECN / Raw Spread account with low spreads. Supported Assets: EURUSD, GBPUSD, XAUUSD (Gold).Recommended Timeframes: 15-Minute (M15) or 1-Hour (H1).

2. Installation Instructions
Open MetaTrader 5.Select File > Open Data Folder. Open MQL5 > Experts and copy Institutional_Portfolio_v14.ex5 into this directory. Copy your chosen .set files into MQL5 > Presets. Return to MT5, go to the Navigator panel, right-click Expert Advisors, and click Refresh.
Drag Institutional Portfolio v14 onto your chart.

3. How to Load Your Preset (.set) File In the EA properties window, click the Inputs tab. Right-click anywhere in the input fields and click Load. Select your desired preset profile: 
Conservative_Growth.set: Optimized for Prop Firm accounts and low-drawdown mandates ($0.5\%$ risk/trade, $3.0\%$ daily circuit breaker).
Balanced_Execution.set (Recommended): Designed for regular live account growth ($1.0\%$ risk/trade, $5.0\%$ daily circuit breaker).
Aggressive_Moonshot.set: Optimized for small account compounding ($2.0\%$ risk/trade, $7.0\%$ daily circuit breaker).Click OK.

4. Operational Best Practices
Algo Trading Switch: Make sure the "Algo Trading" button in top toolbar of MT5 is toggled ON (Green).
VPS Deployment: Always host your MT5 terminal on a 24/7 Virtual Private Server (VPS) to prevent execution latency, slippage, or connection drops during London and New York session liquidity spikes.
