Quartz DAX is live on the Market (current version 1.2, with automatic broker server-time detection, five description languages and ready-made presets in the product discussion).
Most index EAs on the Market fall into two groups: grid/averaging systems that show a 90% win rate until the one week that takes most of the account, and systems tuned to a single year of data. Quartz DAX is neither. Three decisions behind it:
1. A stop-loss in every trade, no grid. A grid turns a losing trade into a bigger one. That is why the popular grid EAs cannot be used under prop-firm rules - their own manuals say so. Quartz DAX knows its risk before the entry: one trade, one stop, position sized from that stop, closed at session end. The equity curve is less smooth than a grid's - and it survives the weeks a grid does not.
2. Flat at the close, every day. No overnight exposure, no weekend gaps, no swap.
3. Numbers you can check. The backtest in the description uses real-tick-data spreads on DE40 from 2019 with the default settings you get on purchase. The win rate is below 50%, the average winner is larger than the average loser, and the peak drawdown is stated for the Prop-firm profile as well as the Personal one. If you are comparing with a "90% win rate", compare the drawdown column first.
Live monitoring on a real account is being set up now and will be linked at the top of the product description.
