GOLD IS WILD. THE GRID SHOULD NOT BE.Gold can move hundreds of dollars.
It can trend.
It can reverse.
It can accelerate through several price levels before a trader has time to react.
That creates an obvious attraction to grid trading.
Gold moves through price levels.
A grid places trading opportunities across price levels.
Simple.
But there is a problem.
AN UNCONTROLLED GRID CAN BECOME ITS OWN ENEMY.
If an automated system simply continues placing orders without understanding where its working structure begins and ends, the grid itself can become more dangerous than the market movement it was supposed to trade.
That became one of the foundations behind:

I wanted to build a machine whose grid had a defined place to work.

WHY “ANGEL OF DIAMOND”?
A diamond is not created from random movement.
It requires pressure.
Structure.
Time.
And the right environment.
Gold trading is similar.
Price movement alone is not enough.
A trading machine also needs structure around that movement.
ANGEL OF DIAMOND was developed around this relationship.
The Gold market provides the pressure and movement.
The Work Area provides the structure.
The grid performs the mining.

ONE SIGNAL → ONE TRADE → FINISHED
It is an operating engine.
Price moves through the Work Area.
The grid exists within that area.
Orders and positions are managed as part of that structure.
The machine works with movement rather than depending entirely on one prediction being correct.
WHY GRID STRUCTURE MATTERS
Gold can move very quickly.
Imagine a Work Area containing several grid levels.
As price travels through that area, different parts of the grid may become relevant.
But the configuration of the machine can also change.
The operator may move to another Work Area.
The active structure may be regenerated.
Old pending orders may no longer belong to the current operating environment.
ANGEL OF DIAMOND therefore does not simply ignore the difference between an old grid and a new grid.
It tracks the active generation of its operating structure.
When old pending orders no longer belong to the current generation, they become:
STALE ORDERS
And there is an important rule:
The new grid does not begin while the old grid is still being drained.
ANGEL OF DIAMOND first reconciles the previous structure.
Only after stale pending orders have been cleared can the current grid refill.
The objective is simple:
ONE CURRENT STRUCTURE.Not old and new grid generations competing with each other.
PROTECTION BELONGS TO THE WORK AREA
A grid without protection can easily become an unlimited accumulation machine.
ANGEL OF DIAMOND takes a different approach.
Its Fixed Stop Loss can be connected directly to the structure of the active Work Area.
The protection reference is based on the:
END OF THE WORK AREAThis is an important distinction.
The Stop Loss is not treated merely as an arbitrary distance attached independently to each new entry.
Instead, the protective boundary can follow the architecture of the area in which the grid is operating.
The operator chooses the configured SL distance.
And when:
SL = 0
the Fixed SL function is disabled.
This keeps an important principle intact:
The machine provides the architecture.
The operator controls the configuration.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE SL SETTING CHANGES?
A trading system should not think only about future orders.
Existing exposure matters too.
If the operating protection configuration is changed, ANGEL OF DIAMOND can reconcile positions belonging to its own system according to the active protection structure.
This means the relationship between:

the configured protection,

and existing ANGEL OF DIAMOND positions
remains part of the operating process.
The EA is not simply placing orders and forgetting them.
It continues managing its own structure.
TAKE PROFIT IS ALSO ACTIVE
The same philosophy applies to Take Profit.
Markets change.
Operators may decide to change the profit-distance configuration while ANGEL OF DIAMOND positions are already active.
The EA is designed so its TP configuration can also be reflected on existing ANGEL OF DIAMOND positions.
This means the operator does not necessarily need to manually modify each position individually when the active TP setting is changed.
Again, the philosophy is:
CONTROL THE MACHINE FROM THE STRUCTURE.Not trade by trade.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN GOLD MOVES THROUGH THE GRID?
This is where the idea of Grid Gold Mining becomes easier to understand.
Suppose Gold begins moving through an active Work Area.
Different grid levels can participate as price travels through that structure.
Some positions may reach their configured target.
Others may remain active.
The market may reverse.
It may continue.
Or it may remain inside the area.
ANGEL OF DIAMOND does not require Gold to behave perfectly.
It requires its own grid architecture to remain organized.
