We've created a pdf manual for our trade management EA. This goes through the panel from top to bottom and then through the configuration pop-ups.

So sorry only just seen your comment.
MetaTrader doesn't necessarily give an EA enough time to tidy up on removal and delete its objects, especially if there are other objects on the chart. You can remove objects manually via Charts | Objects in MetaTrader, where you can select and delete objects. Our objects start with rwfx_.
