I have purchased Molanis and think it is the best one out there. I am not a tech person and I could work it out. Although I should point out that I do not use it for my live trading. When you work out the time savings with Molanis you are way ahead in comparison to manually coding.
There was a free cloud service out there for a while called 'Strategy Tune' however can not find it.
