HOW IT WORKS
Grid / averaging system. New orders are added every PipStep pips with the lot size multiplied by Multiplier, up to MaxTrades orders, and the basket closes at the take profit. An optional trailing stop, trading days and hours filters, a drawdown guard and a spread filter are included.
RECOMMENDED SETTINGS
- Symbols: major Forex pairs with low spread
- Timeframe: M5
- Account: Cent account from 100 USD or Standard account from 100 USD to 1,000 USD (see set files for LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH risk)
- A VPS is recommended for uninterrupted operation
- Use a broker with low spreads and fast execution
- This EA requires a HEDGING account type
MAIN INPUTS
- Lots: Starting lot size - always adjust to your balance
- TakeProfit: Take profit in pips
- MaxTrades: Maximum number of orders in one basket
- Multiplier: Lot multiplier for every additional order
- PipStep: Distance in pips between orders
- Max_lot: Upper limit for a single order
- UseTrailingStop / TrailStart / TrailStop: Optional trailing stop
- Trading_Monday ... Trading_Sunday: Enable or disable each trading day
- Trading_Hours / Start_Hour / End_Hour: Optional trading hours filter
- UseMaxDrawdown / MaxDrawdownPercent: Closes everything at the chosen drawdown
- UseSpreadFilter / MaxSpread: Skips new trades when the spread is too high
INCLUDED SAFETY CHECKS
- Lot size normalised to the broker's minimum, maximum and step
- Free margin is checked before every order
- Stop levels and freeze levels of the broker are respected
IMPORTANT RISK WARNING
This EA uses grid / martingale averaging. Lot sizes grow while a basket is open and drawdown can become large. Losses can exceed what you expect and can wipe out the account.
