This is a service that retrieves events where FTMO will restrict trading for FTMO Standard accounts (or high-impact events) and sends them to a Telegram channel of your choosing.
    • Show the events on all charts.
    • Notification before a restricted event: 30 minutes (customizable).
    • Notification before a High Impact event: 5 minutes (customizable).

  1. How to get a 'Telegram bot token':
    • In Telegram, search for "BotFather" and open it.
    • Select "Create a New Bot".
    • Declare the bot's information and select "Create Bot".
    • After clicking "Create Bot", you will receive a 'Telegram bot token'.
  2. How to get a 'Chat ID for the Telegram channel':
    • Create a channel to receive messages.
    • Add the bot you created in the previous step to the channel with admin privileges.
    • In Telegram, search for the bot named "User Info • Get ID • idbot".
    • In "In Telegram, search for the bot named "User Info • Get ID • idbot"." clicking "Channel".
    • Next, select the channel from which you want to receive notifications from the service clicking "Send".
    • After clicking "Send", you will receive a 'Chat ID for the Telegram channel' (Include the '-' sign at the front).

  • This EX5 file needs to be copied to the Services folder of MQL5 (Recommended: MQL5\Services\Calendar).
