8Wind – Multi-Oscillator Trend Alignment
8Wind is a visual trend and momentum indicator for MetaTrader 4 that combines eight market oscillators in a single normalized window.
Instead of switching between multiple indicator windows, 8Wind allows you to observe how different oscillators move together. When several lines begin to rise, fall or align in the same direction, changes in market momentum and directional agreement become much easier to see.
The indicator combines:
- CCI – Commodity Channel Index
- MACD – Moving Average Convergence Divergence
- RSI – Relative Strength Index
- Stochastic Oscillator
- Momentum
- MFI – Money Flow Index
- Williams %R
- Force Index
Each oscillator is normalized so that indicators with different original scales can be displayed together in the same window.
Visual Trend Alignment
The main purpose of 8Wind is visual analysis.
When most oscillator lines move upward together, the market shows stronger bullish alignment. When most lines move downward together, bearish alignment becomes more visible.
When the lines separate, cross frequently or move in different directions, the market may be showing weaker directional agreement.
This makes 8Wind useful for quickly comparing trend and momentum conditions without opening eight separate indicator windows.
Flexible Display
Every oscillator can be displayed individually, and the line width can be configured separately for each line. This allows traders to emphasize the oscillators they consider most important.
The indicator also includes a compact color legend that makes each oscillator easy to identify directly on the chart.
