Strategy Concept
The underlying concept of the system is based on a systematic approach to capital management. The strategy does not rely on Martingale or grid-based methods. Instead, it focuses on individual trade execution with defined risk parameters. The primary goal of the algorithm is to manage market exposure through a mathematical model of position sizing.
Performance Analysis (Backtest Results)
The following data is derived from a backtest conducted on historical tick data (100% quality) for the period of April 1, 2025, to April 29, 2026. Please note that these results are based on simulated trading and do not represent actual trading performance in a live environment.
-

- Set input parameters:
- SLPercent = 1.0% - 5.0%

I've been looking at the reference signals for this EA and exchanging messages with the author for a while, and finally rented the EA a week ago. The EA is tiny and simple, and it appears to implement a set of specialized breakout patterns using pending orders with SL/TP and then active management of open trades with a trailing stop. Compared to other gold breakout EAs and signals, this one succeeds lately while many others fail, and it appears to trade more frequently than a certain other successful gold breakout EA that I use does. Of course, there are also losses, and at the risk level configured in the signals the losses can be pretty large, so it's a bumpy ride. This particular week of my EA rent so far was particularly bumpy, with losses followed by full recovery and good profit. One aspect I am mildly unhappy about is the rent-only model with planned price increases even for early adopters like me. This otherwise very positive review I write may well contribute to a price increase for myself. I'm really unsure how long I'll continue renting. On the other hand, I understand that the EA will require ongoing maintenance including updates of the patterns, so it's more of a service than a product, which may justify this pricing model.
