DS Precision Stochastic Signals
Overview
DS Precision Stochastic Signals is a Stochastic signal and trend-analysis indicator for MetaTrader 5. It combines configurable Stochastic signals with an adjustable primary trend filter and an internally calculated signal zone. Entry and exit signals are therefore evaluated in the context of trend direction, price area and candle confirmation.
Separate Stochastic levels can be used for entry and exit signals. Confirmation within the signal zone can also be configured separately: on the first contact with the zone, while the price remains inside the zone, or only after a candle has closed inside the zone.
Confirmed signals can be limited to closed candles. Optional preview signals can appear on the current candle. Because they react to the live candle, they may change until the candle closes.
A movable, lockable and minimizable analysis panel summarizes the historical evaluation across five main pages: BASE, MONEY, R-ENTRY, R-EXIT and SERIES. It displays detected and used signals, point and money models, R/TP results, active and completed compensation series, and the current series slots.
The indicator can be used independently for manual chart analysis. An optional interface also provides signal data for the DS Universal Trade Manager. The Trade Manager is a separate product and is not included with this indicator.

Trade Limit per Trend Phase
If required, the number of used entry and exit trades within a confirmed primary trend phase can be limited separately. After a confirmed trend change, counting begins again for the new trend phase. Already waiting compensation stages remain available. A separate setting determines whether a waiting compensation stage may still be used after the limit has been reached.
BASE and Compensation Model
The historical model works with a fixed number of series slots. Each used signal receives exactly one role: it is booked either as a new BASE signal or assigned to a ready compensation stage from A1 to A12. A single signal is not used simultaneously as both BASE and compensation.
If no suitable series slot is available, a signal overlaps an existing evaluation, or it does not meet the configured risk-distance requirements, it may appear in the panel as an unused information signal. Such signals are not included in the booked BASE/compensation result.
Separate series books are maintained for entry and exit signals. The maximum number of active series cases applies separately to each signal type. Factors and target levels can be configured individually for stages A1 to A12.
Calculation and Visible History
The internal calculation history provides the data lead-in for trend, signals and series roles. The visible history limits the chart display and the statistics shown in the panel. This preserves the internally determined roles within the visible range even when only part of the calculated history is displayed.
Values of zero or less use the entire available history. This can significantly increase loading time, memory usage, the number of chart objects and CPU load.
Historical Evaluation
The analysis panel uses a historical model based on the broker price data available in MetaTrader 5. The displayed results do not represent real trading or account history. Modeled monetary amounts are derived from the configured risk amount and the indicator's internal R and series accounting.
Spread, commission, swap, slippage, execution delays, partial fills, broker stop restrictions and other broker-dependent costs or execution effects are not included. Results may vary depending on the broker, symbol, timeframe, price data and market conditions. Historical or modeled results do not provide any indication of future results.
Higher compensation factors and additional follow-up stages can significantly increase the modeled risk. Test every configuration for the intended symbol, timeframe and broker data, and use a separate validation period.
Connection to the DS Universal Trade Manager
The indicator can connect to the DS Universal Trade Manager through an optional interface. Select the same Stochastic connection slot in both products. The indicator remains the technical source for signal direction, signal time, risk basis and target levels; the Trade Manager uses the validated information for order execution and position management.
Installation
- Install DS Precision Stochastic Signals from the MQL5 Market in MetaTrader 5.
- Open Indicators > Market in the Navigator.
- Attach the indicator to the required chart.
- Start with the default settings and change only a few parameters at a time.
- Use only one instance of DS Precision Stochastic Signals per chart.
- When several charts are connected, assign a unique Stochastic connection slot from 1 to 6 to each active instance.
Important Notes
This is not a fully automated trading robot, but an analysis tool. Preview signals may change until the candle closes; only a confirmed signal on a closed candle is final. The DS Universal Trade Manager and other DS products are sold separately.
