Overview
Ghost X Gold is an automated Expert Advisor developed exclusively for trading the XAU/USD (spot gold) pair on the M5 timeframe. Its architecture combines three independent filtering layers—stochastic analysis, ATR volatility, and an MLP neural network with real-time retraining—resulting in an adaptive decision-making system that continuously adjusts to gold market conditions.

System Modules
MLP/LSTM Neural Network — The predictive core of the EA. It is automatically retrained every 200 candlesticks using price data, ATR, and Bollinger Bands as input variables. It only executes trades when the prediction confidence exceeds 72%, and dynamically calculates the Take Profit based on the magnitude projected by the network. Includes early exit if the neural signal reverses.
Stochastic Filter — Oscillator with parameters K(5), D(3), and Slowing(3) that identifies overbought (>80) and oversold (<20) conditions. It acts as a direction validator before opening any position.
ATR Volatility Filter — Measures the market's true volatility in each cycle. It adjusts the stop loss using a configurable multiplier and blocks entries when conditions are unfavorable.
Execution Engine — Manages dynamic trailing stops, maximum entry distance, maximum spread control, and slippage. It protects trading against adverse liquidity conditions.
Capital Management — Operates in fixed lot size mode (0.50 by default) or based on a percentage of risk relative to the balance. Adaptable to different account sizes without manual modification.
Time Window — Allows you to define the range of trading hours and a throttle by bars or minutes between orders, avoiding trading in low liquidity or high uncertainty sessions.
