Operating Principle
StopManager ATR calculates and visually displays where your stop loss should be positioned based on Fixed Capital risk management. The indicator uses the concept of a percentage risk on a predefined capital (e.g., $50,000) to determine the stop distance in points.
Additionally, the indicator draws a horizontal ATR line (Average True Range) with three trading modes: DayTrader (1x ATR), Swing (2x ATR), and LongTerm (3x ATR), allowing the trader to compare different stop approaches.
The entry price considered is always the current market price (Ask for buy, Bid for sell), and the calculation updates automatically every second.

Practical Example
Setup:
-
Fixed Capital: $50,000
-
Risk: 1% = $500
-
Volume: 1 lot
-
Direction: Buy
Result: The indicator automatically calculates how many points equal $500 of risk for the traded asset and positions the stop line at the exact level. The ATR line shows the stop based on current volatility for comparison.
Notes
The indicator does not automatically open positions. It only calculates and visually displays where your stop loss should be positioned. The entry price is always the current market price.
