Great little tool to show the correct local time of any candle on the chart. Addresses one of Metatrader's shortcomings with the inability to adjust the chart timezone to your local one.

As a drawing tool, it is not active all the time after adding it to the chart. Activate by pressing 'b' twice on the keyboard within a second.
