Daily guard for MT5 - staged daily protection for any manual or EA trading.

What it does:
- L0 daily level (40.0 default in account currency, or 1.0 pct of balance).
- L1: level reached, 30-minute cooldown, no new entries allowed (optional 50 pct partial close on hedging accounts).
- L2: 2x level reached, closes all positions and blocks trading until 00:00 server time.
- L3: 3x level overflow, closes all and switches to close-only.
- Daily safety switch at -2 pct: closes all and blocks the day.
- Server day via D1 iTime, state kept across restarts, close with retry.

Checked in Strategy Tester (EURUSD M5, Every tick real ticks):
2026.08.10 01:03:03 log line shows close OK and day blocked, all demo positions closed.
On a live chart it never opens trades, it only manages open positions. In the Tester it opens small demo trades so the blocks can be seen.

Inputs: TargetUSD, TargetPct, UsePct, L2Mult, L3Mult, MaxLossPct, L1CooldownMin, CloseHalfMode.
Setup: attach to any chart, one copy watches the whole account.

Note: tools of this kind need small risk per trade. Tester runs use past data only. Try on demo first.
