How it Works:
The SMC Donchian Fusion ZigZag indicator calculates the current price's position within the latest ZigZag leg for each of the three timeframes. These values are then combined to produce a single, fused oscillator value. The oscillator is displayed as a histogram, with different colors indicating the strength and direction of the trend.
The indicator also provides clear buy and sell signals based on the oscillator's behavior. These signals can be filtered by requiring alignment with the higher timeframe trends, giving you more confidence in your trading decisions.
The Premium Zone (Upper Red Line)
- What it is: The area above the center line shows a “premium” or more expensive price level.

The Equilibrium (Center Zero Line)
