XAU AI Trend Engine Pro — Algorithm Overview

XAU AI Trend Engine Pro is an automated trend-following and breakout indicator optimized specifically for Gold (XAUUSD).

The core algorithm operates on four streamlined principles:

  • Dual EMA Trend Filtering: Employs a fast line (9 periods) and a slow line (21 periods) to determine market direction. A fast-line crossover above the slow line indicates a BUY signal, while a crossover below indicates a SELL signal.

  • ATR Dynamic Channel: Incorporates 14-period ATR volatility to compute dynamic upper and lower bands (Fast Line ± 1.5 × ATR). These act as adaptive support and resistance levels while filtering out false breakouts during market consolidation.

  • Signal Plotting & Single-Bar Alert Lock: Automatically plots buy/sell signal arrows on the chart upon trigger. A timestamp-based "single-bar time lock" ensures only one alert is issued per candle, eliminating redundant notifications caused by intra-bar price ticks.

  • Real-Time HUD & Clean Memory Management: Displays an intuitive overlay in the top-left corner showing live trend bias (Bullish / Bearish / Neutral) and real-time ATR values. Upon indicator detachment, an automated garbage collection routine sweeps and deletes all chart UI objects, leaving zero memory footprint.
