Prodesk Core is a professional Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, designed to trade XAUUSD with a strong focus on controlled risk, disciplined exits and stable capital growth.
The EA works on any chart timeframe. However, for better market reading and visual monitoring, I recommend attaching it to the XAUUSD M1 chart.
Prodesk Core was developed for traders who want an automated gold trading system without aggressive recovery methods. It does not use martingale, grid recovery or dangerous position stacking. Each trade is managed through predefined market conditions, dynamic take profit behavior and protective stop loss logic.
The system focuses on XAUUSD trading and uses an internal market model to evaluate trading conditions. Its trade management is based on lot-adjusted targets, meaning that take profit and risk parameters are automatically scaled according to the active lot size.

Important Symbol Configuration
Before using the EA, check the symbol names used by your broker.
Some brokers use different names for gold, such as XAUUSD, XAUUSDm, GOLD, GOLDmicro or other variations. The same can happen with EURUSD.
If your broker uses a different symbol name, you must adjust the symbol inputs correctly:
- Gold symbol: configure according to your broker's XAUUSD/GOLD name
- EURUSD symbol: configure according to your broker's EURUSD name
Incorrect symbol configuration may prevent the EA from reading the market or opening trades properly.
Broker Recommendation
Prodesk Core does not require an ECN account with extra commission fees. What matters most is choosing a reliable broker with fair spreads, stable execution and good XAUUSD trading conditions.
During my tests, IC Trading showed good XAUUSD trading conditions. However, users should always test the EA with their own broker before using it on a live account.
Recommended Use
Before running Prodesk Core on a real account, test it in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester and on a demo account. Broker spread, slippage, execution speed and symbol specifications can affect the final performance.
