Gold Nonpro Scalper

GOLD NonPro Scalper is designed to identify potential market turning points and the beginning of new price movements. The algorithm analyzes local highs, lows, and significant price levels where a new impulse may develop.

Once a trading signal is generated, the EA opens a single position. Multiple simultaneous positions are not used.

Risk Management

The main input parameter is Risk.

A value of 100 is the recommended baseline setting. This level has been optimized based on trading statistics collected over the last two years.

With Risk = 100, the potential loss per trade is approximately 0.35% of the account's free margin.

Changing the Risk parameter affects several components of the trading system simultaneously:

• Stop Loss distance

• Position size

• Market analysis period

• Overall trading aggressiveness

Increasing Risk

When the Risk value is set above 100:

• Stop Loss is placed closer to the entry price;

• Position size increases;

• Shorter market periods are analyzed.

For example, with Risk = 200:

• Stop Loss is approximately 20% closer to the entry price;

• Position size is nearly doubled;

• The analyzed period is almost twice as short;

• The probability of false Stop Loss triggers increases.

Decreasing Risk

When the Risk value is set below 100:

• Stop Loss becomes wider, reducing the impact of market noise;

• Position size decreases;

• Longer market periods are analyzed;

• Trading becomes more conservative.

The EA automatically calculates the position size based on the account balance and selected risk level.

As a reference, with a deposit of approximately $2,000 and Risk = 100, the EA will typically trade using the minimum lot size available on a standard account.

Position Exit Logic

A position is closed under one of the following conditions:

1. The protective Stop Loss is triggered.

2. An opposite trading signal appears while the current position is in profit.

Recommended Instruments

The primary instrument used for development and testing is:

• XAUUSD (Gold)

Recommended timeframe:

• H1 and higher.

The EA may also be used on:

• XAGUSD (Silver)

• BRENT Cash

Important Information

⚠️ The EA is sensitive to broker spreads. For best performance, ECN accounts with low trading costs are strongly recommended.

To maintain performance stability, the strategy is periodically re-optimized. Optimization is typically performed every 3–6 months, although it may be done more frequently if market conditions change significantly.
