- **Detected When:** Strong directional movement is confirmed.

🟡 RANGING Regime (ADX < 20 + Tight Bollinger Bands)
- **Detected When:** Price is moving sideways in a defined channel.
- **Strategy:** Mean Reversion from Bollinger Band edges + RSI Extreme Confirmation.
- **Adaptive Risk:** Reduced risk (default 1.0%) because range plays are shorter.
