Golden Ratio Rule — (hereinafter referred to as the Robot) is designed specifically for gold trading (XAUUSD instrument). The program operates according to its own algorithms, using signals from the Alligator, RSI and other parameters indicators. The Robot can be traded in automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes, with reliable automatic protection of your capital. At the same time, a complex hedging mechanism is used, skillfully combined with a trend-following strategy.
All trading management actions are easily performed using the Robot's built-in graphical panel.
I answer questions from program clients:
1. Question:
Could you please tell us more about the work and the principle of capital protection?
I'm looking for a safe robot that I can trust with large deposits without fear that everything will disappear in an instant.
Answer:
1. This program, when using the autotrading mode, calculates the safe volume of lots of both market and pending positions, based on the deposit load percentage, taking into account Leverage, StopLoss and Risk, while using virtual take profit and stop loss.
2. In any trading modes (auto trading in modes: turbo on TF M1 or medium-term on TF H1 or when working manually) it is recommended to enable the "Automatic Capital Protection" function according to the strategy you have adopted. After installing the Robot on the terminal chart, in the graphical trading panel, select the desired trading mode and enable the "Automatic Capital Protection" function. To start the function of saving your investments, set the desired Start amount and Insurance amount in the account currency in the corresponding windows and click the buttons: [StartProtection] and [Insurance]. About the fact of the start of the "Automatic Capital Protection" function, a banner will appear on the chart and a mark will turn on - a vertical green line, which will visually indicate from what moment the protection mode of your funds is enabled. At the initial stage, while no profit has been received yet, it is necessary to enable capital protection by automatically limiting losses - by setting the % risk from the amount of own funds or by setting a real stop-loss. In the percentage window, we set the possible loss in percent, for example 20, and press the [Risk%] and [On.Risk%] buttons , or in the stop-loss window, we set the desired size in points and press the [On.SL] button.
In the future, When the "Automatic Capital Protection" function has already started, turn off the [Risk%], [On.Risk%] or [On.SL] buttons and your investments will be securely saved.
Briefly about this:
When the current Profit reaches the starting amount "Automatic Capital Protection" , which we set during setup, the program continuously monitors it and compares it with the previously set Insurance amount. If the current Profit amount becomes less than the Insurance amount, all open positions on the chart of only this symbol will be automatically closed. In this case, the current balance is saved, plus the Insurance amount, and the Robot is automatically removed from the chart. That's it, your funds are saved with an addition: you can continue trading by installing the Robot on the chart again.
2. Question:
What is the difference between the two auto trading modes?
Answer:
On TF: H1, the program algorithm is designed for minimal risk over a long period of trading. At the same time, a complex hedging mechanism is used, control of trading operations is not required.
On TF: M1, in turbo mode, a fast scalping method with high-frequency trading is used to make a profit in shorter periods of time, for the so-called "deposit acceleration", that is, a quick increase in the account balance. The maximum trading time in turbo mode is 1 trading day. The next day, the Robot must be re-installed on the chart, as it is automatically removed at the end of the trading day. In this mode, monitoring is not needed during periods of low market volatility. And before the release of important economic news, the Robot must be turned off.
Briefly about this:
I can explain it briefly: if you have time to sit at your computer monitor, you can switch to the M1 timeframe and watch the process of making a profit. And when you have other things to do, switch the expert to the H1 timeframe and leave the computer on (or you can use a VPS), no need to control trading operations.
I recommend starting trading in a safe medium-term mode on TF H1 and you will have a profit. Be patient, do not rush with quick income, everything has its time.

Useful features of the program
The robot has a time filter that can be used if necessary. Working hours: 24 hours, Monday through Friday. The time can be changed using the [Time_Mode] button, using the built-in graphical trading panel.
In addition, the Robot has information tables (live statistics) that allow you to visually track trading results by trading days, weeks, months and year. These tables are available at any time and are enabled by pressing the corresponding buttons [InfoAcc] and [InfoSymb] on the built-in graphical trading panel.
Brief description
• Platform: MetaTrader 4.
• Character format: Standard Forex symbols should be XXXYYY.
• Account type: Hedge. The robot trades on accounts with 5-digit quotes.
• For trading in automatic mode:
1. Turbo mode: TF M1.
2. Medium-term mode: TF H1.
• For trading on cent accounts, a deposit of 10,000 cents USD ($100) per Robot, with starting lot positions from 0.01.

Explanation of how the program works
The program calculates lots of opened, both market and deferred positions, based on the percentage of deposit loading, taking into account Leverage, StopLoss and Risk, while virtual take profit and stop loss are used. In the autotrading mode, the Robot input parameters are configured by default only for XAUUSD and set files are not needed.
The program provides 2 auto-trading modes:
1. On the M1 timeframe — turbo autotrading mode (for "deposit acceleration"), works only on the M1 timeframe. This is a mode for intraday trading, with increased risk, so the trader must carefully monitor the process before exiting important economic news, the Robot must be turned off. When the intraday trading session ends, the Robot automatically stops and is removed from the current chart, according to the terminal time set by the trader (using the [Time_Mode] button on the graphical trading panel). To set up round-the-clock trading in turbo mode on the M1 timeframe, change the time parameters in the corresponding windows to StartHour = 0, StopHour = 24 and fix it by pressing the [Time_Mode] button.
2. On the H1 timeframe — medium-term autotrading mode, works around the clock. This is a conservative style, which produces a small but stable result of 10% monthly, no control of trading operations is required.
Safety Recommendations
In any trading modes (auto trading in turbo on TF M1 or medium-term on TF H1 modes, or when working manually) it is recommended to enable the "Automatic Capital Protection" function according to the strategy you have adopted. After installing the Robot on the chart, select the desired trading mode and enable this function. To start "Automatic Capital Protection" and save your investments, set the desired Start amounts of the protection function and Insurance (in the account currency) in the corresponding windows on the graphic panel and press the buttons: [StartProtection] and [Insurance].

For XAUUSD the Robot works automatically, with that said, all you need is to install it on MT4 and leave the PC running (or just use a VPS).
In the medium-term autotrading mode, please do not interfere with the Robot, do not modify open positions and do not open additional positions manually. Trust the Robot, it is a profitable expert, let it bring you profit.
After finishing work in turbo mode, be sure to switch to the medium-term mode on the H1 timeframe and you may not control further trading of the Robot. If you leave the turbo mode, the Robot will be automatically removed from the chart at the end of the daily trading session, as indicated above.
When working manually, you can also use other tools. For manual trading, it is recommended to use a separate account that is not associated with automatic trading, so as not to lose the profit earned by automatic trading. Since manual work is associated with a high risk, due to making erroneous decisions or, as many traders who have been trading on exchanges for years, often cannot cope with their emotions, which leads to "extra" losses, up to the loss of the entire deposit (for example, due to attempts to quickly recoup after unsuccessful transactions by significantly overestimating their standard risks, deviating from their own trading rules developed earlier, in the so-called "state of panic" . Of course, technical risks, such as power outages or Internet failures and other options, should be avoided by having duplicate systems ( VPS or applications installed on a smartphone).
Installation and configuration:
• Instructions for actions and settings are broadcast when the Robot is launched, during its installation on the chart. Double-click on the Robot icon in the Terminal Navigator, a table in Latin transcription will appear in the window that opens:
1. Read the information about the advisor in the properties - tab (About the program).
2. For the advisor to work on a real account: A password is required, either automatic or received when purchasing the advisor. Without a password, only on the Strategy Tester.
3. Advisor operation during Manual trading: Edit in the Buy, Sell, LOT, Risk% windows and click: [Buy] and/or [Sell] and/or [Take_Buy], [Take_Sell], [ On_Take ].
4. Advisor operation during Auto-trading: Buttons: [Autotrade], [ContTime] and [Virtual_Take]. Deposit protection in the account currency, set the amounts and click: [StartProtection] and [Insurance].
5. When loading on the chart, insert Magic (MN): The MN parameter is the unique number of the advisor, if pairs (see p.1), then MN auto.
6. You can enable Balance Protection in %%: Change or do not change the number in the window and click the [ Risk% ] and the [On.Risk%] buttons (virtual SL).
7. START the advisor: press the [START] button ---> .

Installing the Robot on the Strategy Tester.

In the Strategy Tester settings:
1. Check the box in the Visualization window;
2. Open the Expert Properties and change the parameter: Use_Graphics = true;
3. Set the spread: Current.
4. Timeframe M1 for turbo mode and deposit volume of at least 1000.
5. Timeframe H1 for medium-term trading and deposit volume of at least 1000.
Note:
1. To see how "Automatic Capital Protection" works, in the expert properties set the desired amount to start this function StartSave_Depo and the Insurance amount to add to the balance SizeSave_Depo, and switch the parameter Use_SizeSave_Depo = true;
2. To speed up the Robot in the Strategy Tester, uncheck the box in the Visualization window and switch in the properties - Use_Graphics = false;
