e preciso adicionar um filtro que mostre a intensidade da notícia classificando em alto risco médio risco e baixo risco deve ter um flag para true e falar em cada tipo para eu decidir qual vou filtrar e deve ter um temporizador onde eu possa escolher a quantos minutos antes da nota o EA deve parar de negociar e quanto tempo depois ele volta a negociar
