I didn't want to guess anything or fantasise, I wanted to understand what exactly was meant by that phrase, and even better - that it should be clearly stated somewhere, that in case of situation "a" between the subscriber and the signal provider, the company reserves the right to perform action "b", and in case of situation "c" - to perform action "e", etc.

Meanwhile, this phrase is confusing - I can't think of a single situation with disagreements that could be solved by personal information about the provider.

So how does it work? The customer says, "the signal is ugly, the disagreement can be solved by providing the supplier's home address". And the MC kindly provides it? And the signal immediately becomes beautiful and there are no more disagreements? Or where? I do not understand.

They are used to not being responsible for anything. They drain investors' money, and then they go on forums and tell about their vast trading experience.
