When publishing a signal on a demo account, I can't put a price. Is it so designed that signals from demo accounts are free of charge a priori?
Maybe this question has already been raised somewhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
A client who wants to connect to the signal wrote to me:
"should we have account in the same broker of the signal provider?
or MT4 dosent matter for this thing?
because at some brokers EURUSDf , EURUSDe , EURUSDm , .... etc
so as example if he make buy and the symbol in his broker is EURUSDm and mine is EURUSDe , this signal will be copied or no?"
How important is the name of the instrument for copying the signal for accounts with different brokers ?
I have read everything, but I haven't found one moment - when a signal provider opens a deal on some instrument, it (instrument) should be open in my terminal as well??? or how it happens in general?
Copying condition:

Can I not open every signal when copying?
That is, you asked: "Can I selectively copy trades when subscribing to a signal - today I want to copy, but in a few hours I don't want to"?
Answer: No. You can't do that. You can:
Hello everyone, I have such a question.
In the terminal settings, service signals - I have all 4 ticks (accept conditions, enable copying signals, copy take and loss and synchronise without confirmation). The signal provider has an open position, but I have already triggered a take or loss (different broker quotes), as a result of which I open a position at the current price again. How can this be avoided? I would like to avoid opening any more trades when a take or a moose is triggered.
If the "synchronise without confirmation" checkbox is unchecked, and I have a triggered bull, but the supplier does not. Will the position be reopened? After all, according to the logic of the service - the signal provider is at a loss, which means that it is possible to synchronise at a more favourable price.
Thank you!
Hello fellow traders and technical support! I have a question for the second part of the audience.
Until today (at least last week) I successfully copied the signal of a supplier with EURUSDcent symbol (I also have a centovik, but the pair is specified as EURUSD). In particular, the terminal calmly said: "Signal - symbol EURUSDcent mapped to EURUSD". Today the conversation is different: "Signal - position #7887298 sell 0.70 EURUSDcent at 1.08162 tp: 1.07986 skipped as no symbol found".
Restarting the terminal/enabling unsubscription and other dances with tambourines do not save.
How can this be fixed?
Thanks in advance,
Zaur
