This company is stealing money because we can’t withdraw our funds.
Technically, the crime of "[t]heft is the taking of another person’s personal property with the intent of depriving that person of the use of their property" (theft | Wex | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute).
A key word there is "taking." Metaquotes did not take your money. You willingly deposited it with Metaquotes.
Additionally, a key phrase there is "with the intent of depriving." Metaquotes did not intend to deprive you of your deposit. Metaquotes' former card processor, Unlimit, terminated Metaquotes' Unlimit account. Obviously, Metaquotes intended to continue indefinitely honoring the withdrawal terms that existed when you deposited your money. The fact is... Metaquotes can no longer do that due to an unforeseeable event.
At worst, this is a case of general unfairness due to the dissolution of a business relationship between Metaquotes and a third party.
If you had terminated your mql5 Market Seller account and your funds had been retained thereafter, that would be different.
Be careful what you publicly post about a corporation. As a fellow American, I'm sure that you're aware that corporations are people and share some of the same rights as people.
I'll not be coaching one side nor the other here, even though I have a law degree.

I was able to withdraw to a multi currency bank account card by (temporarily) disabling it's location security.
Turned out the location security feature must have been blocking inbound transfers, not just outbound.
Double check your account can also receive and hold USD, because that's the currency being sent, via card transfer, and your bank account/card may not be able to hold different currencies, or automatically convert currencies to your account currency.
Of course double check your country is in the coverage list of countries supported by unlimit on their site.
I detailed the successful withdrawal here https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/4106/page165#comment_56663188.

This is a vey strong language. If you believe a specific provision of the Terms and Conditions is being violated, cite it clearly.
Otherwise, don’t make such claims.
Members, myself included, withdraw funds without any issues - seamless and convenient to a Visa, for example.
If you’re simply unhappy that your "favorite method" isn’t available, or because micro-withdrawals of a few bucks aren’t allowed - that remains your personal issue.

Thanks again for reposting that.
Unfortunately, disabling location security doesn't work for U.S. residents due to AML. Resolut is required to partner with a registered U.S. bank in order to serve U.S. customers, as posted on their website. I confirmed this by going through the motions of registration in the free Resolut app--where a third-party U.S. bank module opened within it. In short, no U.S. bank is allowed to transact business with hidden locations.
I had this problem and fixed it by signing up to an international bank that converts the usd to my currency
