I cant withdraw to my bank card both VISA and Master card, reached to service desk, they recommended using VISA card due to my region, i applied for VISA card but still not working, Please what is the possible cause and solution..?.
Thanks
It depends on your country's withdrawal restrictions from these banks. Personally, I prefer using PayPal.
Paypal is not available to withdraw on this site.
Please someone should help. Thanks
please what could be the possible cuase when webmoney says the wallet is activly ready to receive funds but mql5 keep saying this "Withdrawal to Webmoney is failed. Payment system declined the transaction"
Please someone should help. Thanks
Previously mql used direct webmoney withdrawal which worked without out any restriction , now few years back they started using a processing company and this allows webmoney withdrawals only from whitelisted countries.
Mql5 has to find solution for this, because i lost a lot of customer because of this and i can't Also withdrawal.. where Can we find that whitelisted please??
I couldn’t find any official/public list of “whitelisted countries” for WebMoney on MQL5, so I’m not sure one is actually available.
From what I understand, it depends on the payment processor and local regulations, some countries are simply not supported, even if your WebMoney wallet itself is active.
That would explain why MQL5 declines the transaction while WebMoney shows everything as fine. But I could be wrong here, maybe a moderator can clarify this better.
I withdrew today on visa, instantly
Good to hear it worked for you with Visa.
From what I’ve seen, it really seems to depend a lot on region and the payment processor behind it. Some methods work instantly for one person and get declined for another without a clear explanation.
I still haven’t come across any official list or clear criteria, so I assume it’s handled internally. If someone has more precise info, would be great to hear.
