Visa card from Bank A
Visa card from Bank B
Mastercad from Bank C

I could withdraw to Visa Card from Bank A
I could  NOT withdraw to Visa Card from Bank B
I could withdraw to Master Card from Bank C

So, I can say there is nothing wrong the the payment processor of MQL5, It is our banks creating problems...
But you're in Turkey, not the United States.  I tried over a half-dozen cards, all from different companies and three different networks.  None of them worked.  I do not see anyone here confirming that they have been successfully able to withdraw their funds in the United States or Canada.

Understand. It resembles as if there is a regulatory blockage in the US. 

 
Introducing crypto will help alot. Even if it's TON which is a coin backed by telegram.

Mine keeps on saying “Try again after 10 minutes “. For 3 Days now I’ve been retrying, the same message, anyone has experienced the same issue?? What do you think is the cause??
 
I use debit Master Card, and the withdrawal was quick after the first telegram bot verification.
 
Hellow I am from tanzania and I have tried withdrawing using the visa card amd webmoney but all of them show declined by the payment system please anyone with useful experience can you help please.  
I saw some people said your country must be present on the unlimit coverage but my country is there in the coverage of unlimit  and still the visa cards are not withdrawing
 
i also have funds in my account but i cant withdraw........this money has being in my account for months and i cant do any thing about it. which is funny i wish i have someone i can trust to help me out ..........
 
same predicament, from US and been trying to withdraw for several days with help from service desk but nothing seems to work.  Hoping for a solution soon
