Yes. In my case all my Mastercard cards were unsucessful for receiving the payments via bank. But when I tried my Visa card I finally had success.

I don't know exactly how all these systems are implemented and working. Anyone had similar experience and able to solve it ? Or are there some people here with experience to such card system to explain how/why it could be blocked like that ?

I once experienced the same situation with a different site and upon contacting my provider, I was informed that their cards are incapable of receiving money. A new card I got from a different provider turned out to be incapable of international transactions. It might be that you've got a card with one of or both of these deficiencies, in which case getting one from a different provider with prior inquiries on their capabilities would be your solution.

No.

By the way, attempting to use a non-U.S. card to circumvent legal restrictions is risky.

 
Anyone with other solutions, nothing works for me so far.

I am Facing the same Issue and am Unable to Withdraw, Everytime the error is " Declined by issuing bank ". I've only got revert form the mql5 team to "check if i allowed the region the card is located in. Also i don't have any paypal option, Webmoney has just terrible conversion rate. I can't withdraw  due to this. I also went to check where we can allow " region " for cards. Found nothing. Can anyone help in this case too?

I wish web money worked to me like it used to back in 2021, but it doesn't. Nothing works, I'm not sure if back transfer will work even if I accumulate the amount to $3000 eligible to withdraw using that method. I need more options.

 

I have:

Visa card from Bank A

Visa card from Bank B

Mastercad from Bank C


I could withdraw to Visa Card from Bank A

I could  NOT withdraw to Visa Card from Bank B

I could withdraw to Master Card from Bank C

So, I can say there is nothing wrong the the payment processor of MQL5, It is our banks creating problems...

I think there is something wrong with the payment processor, why do we have to open multiple bank accounts to find out the one that works, when our cards work fine anywhere else? Just because some card works for you, it doesn't mean there is no problem.
