I have a similar problem with my two vps. I don't know how to fix it and I don't know how to contact MQL5 technical support to find a solution.
here are the log messages:
2026.02.25 12:35:28.212 Virtual Hosting 6787591: failed to get logs [1001] (connect to 129.232.176.58 failed)
2026.02.25 12:36:24.963 Virtual Hosting 6787591: failed to send migration data [1001] (connect to 129.232.176.58 failed)
and when I ping the address 129.232.176.58, I get a response but how do I explain the lack of communication?

This is a communication error, please try the following:
1. Restart MT5 and try migration again.
2. Restart router and try again.
3. Test using a VPN. If migration works with VPN → ISP routing issue confirmed.
4. Try a different internet connection.
Why can't I access the VPS I purchased? I also can't open the virtual hosting interface in the tools. How many VPSs can a community account open at most?
Make sure that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and check the Journal tab of your MT5 terminal for any errors, because China has been actively restricting access to mql5.com and various foreign exchange (forex) provider platforms through its "Great Firewall".
Also confirm that (MQL5) VPS is enabled as an option in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community, under your MQL5 account login credentials.

As Sergey have already told you, the 1009 error, means that your access to MQL5.com is restricted by your internet provider in China.
The only way to access the MQL5.com Market and services is by using a VPN.
