As Sergey have already told you, the 1009 error, means that your access to MQL5.com is restricted by your internet provider in China.

The only way to access the MQL5.com Market and services is by using a VPN.

i got the same problem, iam using 4 mt5 vps for my trading purpose. so two days back when i stopped one of the vps and restarted it with a new EA, aftersometime i noticed that my expert logs are not being printed from the journal section of my vps. so it is showing an error " failed to get expert logs [1003] (raw -read failed, 0 wsa error, 1 bytes needed) ". so what i checked the remaining vps expert section all their loga data is being shown, only the problem with this one. so i added the same ea to another successfully running vps inorder to check whether the issue was with the ea, but then that vps also began to show the same error, so i thought the problem was with this ea, nut when i tried another ea to the vps it also shown same error, so i understood that whenever i stop the running vps the problem is being shown in that vps, now i have two vps running and showing logs successfully and two vps with the same error:
i tried following method but nothing made a solution to my problem.

tried a vpn but nothing changed.

whitelisted mql5.com  but also no change.

can anybody help me with this.

also i notice that the problem is with log file showing only notification sending and trade execution is being done.

Can the VPS Server work if I'm running a python script in VS code and not an EA. The code is running separate in VS code which connects to mt5 on my comp, I have to install those two components seperately right?

I accidentally cancelled my VPS. Please help me restore my account hosting.

Please help me link my Trademax broker account number 30083762 to account number 6814465.

If you cancel a paid subscription, the remaining time is returned to your MQL5.com account in the form of "free" minutes. Which later can be spent on a new subscription "for minutes" (means: you can subscribe once again by using "free minutes" as well).

'30083762': It says 'trading has been disabled – investor mode'; please could you help me with this?

I think I’ve stopped the VPS server, but I’m not sure how to reconnect it.

Relogin to your trading account by using the normal/regular password (and not investor password).
And use this link to check the status of your subscription:

https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions

After accidentally shutting down the server, I am unable to reconnect.

You instructed me to log back into my trading account using my regular password rather than my investor password,

but I’m not sure what you mean by logging in with my general password rather than the investor password I use to log in to my trading account.

Isn’t there only one password?

Messages such as ‘No. 1’ and ‘No. 2’ are appearing. As shown in No. 3, it is active.

Please could you advise me on how to revert to the previous state so that I can trade smoothly again?

I apologise for asking so many questions during such a busy time.

I’ve sorted it out. Thank you.

I would like to install different EAs on three separate trading accounts (XMGlobal, VantageMarkets and TradeMaxGlobal) for security reasons.

However, when I install one EA on a single account in MT5, it is automatically installed on the other two as well, meaning that ultimately only one EA is installed across all accounts.

What is the cause of this?

Use one Metatrader instance per one trading account.
Because it is not possible to use 3 trading accounts on the same time by having one Metatrader instance only.
