I'm facing same troubles with 5 of my 9 server's subscriptions:
Total: 9
And file log is showing this message : 2021.07.13 21:13:35.108 Virtual Hosting: 6249769 failed to get status for 6249769 failed to execute the migrate command

I have the same problem since yesterday. I have 2 vps but having issue is one of them. No resolution yet.
Is this a reliable vps provider?
Do we need to wait hours to get this solved?

I am facing problem with my Metratrader VPS since yesterday. My subscription is active but EA's not working. When I try to migrate, I get error Migration failed, please check journal of your platform.
On the journal it keeps saying, 2021.07.14 10:13:35.837 Virtual Hosting 6264322: failed to get status for 6264322 failed to execute the migrate command.
Will my hosting expiry be increased to cover the down time? What is the current resolution for the issue?

My vps on the mt4 platform was working fine until today that I wanted to stop it and then migrate again I faced some serious issues. When I try to stop it I get this message in the journal << 2021.07.13 22:21:50.751 Virtual Hosting: 6269533 failed to get status for 6269533 failed to execute command>> and when I try to migrate i get <<2021.07.13 22:23:05.946 Virtual Hosting: 6269533 failed to get status for 6269533 failed to execute the migrate command>> . Is there any solution for my issue? I have already tried to change the server but it didn`t work. Thank you in advance!
Try to start the instance from your profile\hosting, then restart your MetaTrader and try to migrate again.
