Market update issues

 
I'm trying to update the programs I've purchased on MT5, but the purchased products aren't displaying correctly. The purchased Expert Advisors (EAs) are still showing the "Buy" button instead of the "Update" button, and the logs keep showing errors.

MQL5 Market failed to get list of user products (raw - read failed, 10054 wsa error, 1 bytes needed) [1001]

Virtual Hosting failed to get list of virtual hosts [1001] (raw - read failed, 10054 wsa error, 1 bytes needed)

Has anyone encountered the same problem? How did you solve it?



 
1. Log in to your MQL5 account inside MT5. Go to Tools > Options > Community and make sure you are logged in with the same MQL5 account used to purchase the apps.

2. Restart MT5 completely. Close MT5 fully and reopen it, then allow a few minutes for the Market connection to initialize.

3. Check firewall / antivirus / VPS security. Ensure MT5 is allowed full internet access. On VPS environments, this is a very common cause.

4. Disable VPN or proxy temporarily. VPNs and proxies can block or reroute MQL5 Market connections.

5. Try a different network or VPS. If possible, test the installation on another internet connection or VPS to confirm whether the issue is network-related.

6. Occasionally, MQL5 Market services experience temporary outages. In that case, waiting a bit and retrying usually resolves the issue.
