Your second screenshot shows Metatrader's help, it has nothing to do with brokers or accounts.
It is a help on how to use Metatrader as a program (everyone has that help).
Your two screenshots are not related in any way (I don't see any redirection here).

She just can't understand why her account is visible through our platform, because she is a "newbie" who got caught by some "curator".

If you see your trading account in MetaTrader terminal, it does not mean that you funded your Mql5.com account. Is it clear?
MetaTrader connects to the TRADING SERVER and broadcasts the status of YOUR TRADING ACCOUNT. You opened a trading account in a dealing centre. There is NO connection with your mql5.com account!

$1,300 -- that's the money in the trading account.
You need to check whether the funds are yours or not -- whether they are in your name or not -- whether you have access to the account or not.
Get it together and don't waste your time with endless dialogues -- ask the DC all these questions and tell us what the DC says.

No miracles. Your money is deposited in a brokerage company called TrendinGraphs. This brokerage company somehow correlates with the one you mentioned earlier: PremiumSystems.
You need to go to your personal office on the website, which in the first screen. Try to withdraw your money there.
And the second screenshot just shows the MetaTrader4 trading platform.
TrendinGraphs transfers me to PremiumSystems and from there I can only get here.
