In my opinion, if the funds are frozen, they are still on the balance of the signal provider (seller) and are faintly coloured.

Maybe you deactivated the signal, then the money was returned to the subscriber and accordingly the subscriber disappeared.

No. I didn't switch off the signal on the site, the account itself is on vps. Everything is stable. Does anyone know how to ask a moderator or any other official directly?
