I can't get a withdrawal either. The funds are frozen. I can't use them. Support is silent for 3 days.

How long can it be frozen? Let me withdraw the money!

 
Sorry for the delays - the holidays have slowed things down.

Also, the slowdown is due to manual checks and returns. We had some requests with frozen statuses after upgrading protocols of the paypal gateway.

Everything will be sorted out, don't worry, please.

So what happens if a vendor earns more than $500 a day? They would never be able to get all the funds out.

I know this sounds a lot, but if you have a $30 signal with 500 subscribers, that would be 15,000 per month which would be almost impossible to withdraw

Service is frankly bad, funds are withdrawn for a long time, communication with servicedesk is terrible. What prevents to make livechat? The model of making money on developers imho is not the best with such a large audience as metatrader gives. Another lifehack - make a minimum bid for EA development: 50 usd, for example. Probably earn at the level of a coder in a run-down Russian company of top 5 coders. Good developers will not be attracted that way.
 

And if I made the first payment from the bank.card, then now the money is not withdrawable at all it turns out?

And is there any possibility to delete my account with all my personal data?
