Admins, Hello!

1) I can't top up my account balance here on the site with UnionPay card.

2) why there is no possibility to create a "New Order" in "Servicedeck" ??? when trying to open a New Order nothing happens (!) - at the end of the address line there is a "blank" (#).

3) (?) and why did they remove WebMoney as a payment system for FILLING an account here on the site ????

... HOW to top up balances here on the MQL5 website and pay for Freelancing ?????.

I used my Pagbank Visa card and the withdrawal cleared, but it took a long time to clear. It seems that Pagbank takes time to clear international payments. If you don't mind waiting a few days, give it a try.

It took a while, but it's the only way I've seen so far. I'll try it.

... as I learnt later from the Freelance Executor himself - recently the EU blocked UnionPay from Russian banks ...

and this = FIASCO, gentlemen (!)

The Russian segment of MQL-5 website users will now be unable to be an active part of the huge friendly MQL-5 community ... until there are no more MQL-5 users ... until there will be no other ways to top up your balance on the MQL-5 website (and withdraw money from your account) for the RU region (!).

I still struggle to get my money it's been months now and the support hasn't been helpful, i tried webmoney and my money is stuck there, bank account require 3000us or more which is nonsense , there is no paypal so i can only use credit card which i use eveywhere except in this platform i start to think they don't want you to get your money so that you feel obligated to spend it in the platform. I even stopped doing freelancing because of this bullshit.

I experienced difficulties withdrawing funds directly to my bank Visa card, so the only practical option was to use WebMoney.

If WebMoney is allowed in Zimbabwe and you have  and crypto account (eg. Binance) registered and verified, then try this:

  1. Withdraw funds to your WebMoney account (WMZ).
  2. Convert WMZ to WMT (at today’s rate: 1 WMT ≈ 1.34 WMZ).
  3. Transfer WMT to your Binance USDT account. On WebMoney, the rate is 1 WMT = 1 USDT. Be sure to select a blockchain network with low transaction fees.
  4. Sell USDT via Binance P2P and withdraw the proceeds into your preferred local method (Mobile Money account or bank account).
  5. Compare rates carefully so you minimize transaction costs and maximize the amount you receive.

That is the approach I use to get my funds credited to me. Until we wait for MQL5 to resolve withdrawal issues, you can try this approach.

There is currently no PayPal option! It is no longer available since the beginning of 2025 by PayPal's decision.

Won't this be an issue, or considered withdrawal into a third party card
 
I've read many comments. So, can MasterCard and Visa cards issued in China be used to withdraw cash from MQL5?
