This is an issue with your broker, it has nothing to do with MQL5.com, so please check with them.

Discussion about brokers is not allowed in this forum.

 
WHEN I SIGNED UP I WAS TOLD I'D HAVE SULPORTE, AND THAT I COULD WITHDRAW MY INVESTMENT WHENEVER I WANTED, BUT IT SAYS I DON'T HAVE A BALANCE

What withdrawal?

Don't confuse your trading account withdrawal that has to do with your broker with MQL5.com.

They are 2 different things.
