Anyway, I’ve found the solution.

I spent the whole weekend trying to chat with the bot, and I can confirm it can only find what’s already listed on the website. There was no way to open a ticket.

In fact, the service desk doesn’t operate on weekends. If you want a quick answer from a real agent, you need to open the chat on a weekday. With just a few clicks, you’ll be able to open a ticket.

I wrote to them this morning (Monday), and by the evening I had already received a response.
I hope this information is helpful for others.

Yes, if your card is in EUR (€), the conversion from USD ($) is carried out by the bank / financial institution for the card, at which ever rates they are using.

The bad thing about the visa is the withdrawal limit, between the commission "1% + 1€" and the maximum amount is so low .... that the maximum is about 58 usd approx, but it is what it is. To continue accumulating for when the eur falls jajajajajajajajaja

That depends on your bank/financial institution. You probably have not undergone an identity and address verification, and that is why it is so low.

if you are talking about the maximum that is displayed in the MQL withdraw page, this is the maximum based on the amount that you have in your account. Actually the maximum is 500 USD. If you have less than 500 USD, then the maximum is the amount you have in your account for withdrawing.

Withdrawals can only be made via the support service in two cases:
  • Withdrawal with account deletion.
  • If this is the first withdrawal from a new account (first deposit), it can be made without deleting the account.
